Our membership structure and tiers ensure that utilities can access expert guidance, system improvements, and training, helping them to deliver safe, reliable water and wastewater services to their communities.



Standard Membership Pricing

At Water Guardians, we believe in fairness, which is why our membership fees are scaled according to the size of the utility, ensuring that everyone contributes their fair share of the cost of providing assistance.

$500/year
o For utilities with 2,500 connections or less

$750/year
o For utilities with 2,501 to 5,000 connections

$1,000/year
o For utilities with 5,001 or more connections


Standard Membership Benefits:



• Technical Assistance (On-Demand Support)
Members receive prioritized technical guidance for troubleshooting, system optimizations, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Regulatory Compliance Assistance
We help utilities navigate regulatory complexities to ensure compliance with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards.

• System Operations Training
Regular access to free training workshops and webinars designed to improve operational efficiency, water distribution management, wastewater collection, and system maintenance.

• Water Quality Monitoring & Analysis
Assistance in developing water quality testing protocols and support in interpreting lab results to meet regulatory thresholds.




Add-ons Services Pricing

Water Guardians offers valuable add-on services through its membership tier options for a small additional cost, providing utilities with tailored support beyond the standard membership package.

Tier 1: additional $500/year

Tier 2: additional $750/year

Tier 3: additional $1,000/year

Tier 1:
• Annual Onsite Consultation: One scheduled visit per year to evaluate system performance and recommend upgrades.
• Priority Phone & Email Support: Access to expert assistance via phone and email with a 48-hour response time.


Tier 2:
• Annual Onsite Consultation: One scheduled visit per year to assess system needs and monitor improvements.
• Phone & Email Support: Direct access to our team via phone and email with a 24-hour response time.
• Customized Maintenance Plans: Assistance in creating and updating preventative maintenance plans for water and wastewater systems.


Tier 3:
• Bi-Annual Onsite Consultations: Two scheduled visits per year to ensure optimal system performance and provide hands-on support.
• Priority Phone & Email Support: Rapid response assistance within 12 hours.
• Customized Utility Plans and Programs Support: Full assistance in setting up essential plans and programs, including guidance on long-term infrastructure investments.
• On-site Emergency Response Support
In case of emergencies such as system failures, contamination issues, or natural disasters, we provide rapid on-site response support to minimize disruptions in service.
